陆军,上海市文史研究馆馆员,上海戏剧学院学术委员会主任,二级教授,博士生导师。
一、兼任与受聘
中国戏剧文学学会荣誉会长,上海戏剧文学学会会长、上海戏曲学会会长、上海人文松江创作研究院院长、上海市松江区文学艺术界联合会名誉主席、上海市松江区儿童青少年戏剧家协会名誉主席、上海市奉贤区戏剧曲艺家协会名誉主席;南昌大学客座教授、上海海洋大学兼职教授、华东师范大学兼职硕士研究生导师、复旦大学高级职务校外同行评审专家、美国哥伦比亚大学编剧专业艺术硕士研究生中方导师、纽约市立大学剧作艺术方向博士生中方导师;《中国大百科全书》(第三版)戏剧文学分支主编、《编剧学刊》主编、松江“一典六史”主编。
二、创研与教学
1990年加入中国作家协会,出版《陆军文集》(8卷)、《编剧理论与技法》《编剧学论稿》等个人著作15种(22册),主编《中国现当代编剧学史料长编》(3卷)、《上海戏剧学院编剧学教材丛书》(10卷)、《熊佛西文集》(6卷)等图书40余种(160余册),创作上演戏曲《瓜园曲》《女儿大了,桃花开了》、话剧《夏天的记忆》《董其昌》(合作)等大型戏剧39部。
1993年起从事高等戏剧教育,指导博士生、硕士生(含合带)逾百人。
三、荣誉与项目
中组部国家“WR计划”教学名师、第三批“全国高校黄大年式教师团队”、中国编剧学教师团队负责人、国务院政府特殊津贴、首批全国文化系统劳动模范、首届全国教材建设先进个人、国家文化部优秀专家、国家教材委员会高校哲社科(马工程)学科专家组专家、国家社科基金艺术学重大项目首席专家(两度)、国家教学成果奖(两度)、国家文华奖、曹禺戏剧文学奖、宝钢优秀教师奖、首批国家级一流本科课程负责人、全国艺术硕士专业学位研究生在线示范课程负责人、教育部新文科研究与改革实践项目、教育部高校思想政治工作精品项目、国家艺术基金资助项目等近30项国家级荣誉与项目。
2023年领衔中国编剧学教师团队获评“全国高校黄大年式教师团队”。同年,与刘艳卉教授(笔名肖留)合作编剧的话剧《董其昌》获第九届中国戏剧奖·曹禺剧本奖。
曾获全国文化系统劳动模范、上海市劳动模范、宝钢优秀教师奖、上海市科教系统优秀共产党员、上海市教卫系统优秀共产党员、“首届最美上戏人”等荣誉称号。
Professor Lu Jun, a distinguished member of the Shanghai Museum of Literature and History, serves as the Director of the Academic Committee at the Shanghai Theater Academy. He is a Second Degree Professor and a Doctoral Supervisor. Professor Lu holds several esteemed positions including Honorary President of the Chinese Society of Dramatic Literature, President of the Shanghai Society of Dramatic Literature, President of the Shanghai Chinese Opera Society, and President of the Shanghai Songjiang Humanistic Creative Research Institute. He is also the Honorary Chairman of multiple organizations such as the Shanghai Songjiang District Literary and Artistic Circles Federation, the Shanghai Songjiang Children and Youth Dramatists' Association, and the Shanghai Fengxian District Dramatists' and Quartet Playwrights' Association.
Additionally, he serves as a Visiting Professor at Nanchang University, an Adjunct Professor at Shanghai Ocean University, and a part-time Master’s degree Supervisor at East China Normal University. He is a Peer Review Expert for senior positions at Fudan University and a Doctoral Supervisor for Chinese students at both Columbia University (MFA in Screenwriting) and the City University of New York (Ph.D. in Playwriting). He is the Editor-in-Chief for the Drama Literature branch of the Encyclopedia of China (Third Edition), the Journal of Playwriting, and Songjiang’s One Dictionary and Six Histories.
Since joining the Chinese Writers' Association in 1990, Professor Lu has published 15 personal works, including the Collected Works of Lu Jun (8 volumes), Theory and Techniques of Playwriting, and Essays on Playwriting. He has edited over 40 publications, including A Long Compilation of Historical Materials of Chinese Contemporary and Contemporary Playwriting (3 volumes), Textbook Series on Playwriting of the Shanghai Theatre Academy (10 volumes), and Xiong Fosi's Collected Works (6 volumes). His creative works include 39 large-scale dramas such as the operas Gua Yuan Qu and My Daughter is Bigger, the Peach Blossoms Bloom, and the plays Summer Memory and Dong Qichang (co-authored). Since 1993, Professor Lu has been involved in higher education, supervising over 100 doctoral and master’s students.
Professor Lu has received numerous prestigious awards and honors, including Master Teacher of the National WR Program by the Ministry of Organization of the People's Republic of China, Leader of the third batch of Huang Dainian Teachers' Team of National Colleges and Universities, and the State Council's special government allowance. He is also recognized as a National Model Worker of the Cultural System, the first National Advanced Individual in the Construction of Teaching Materials, and an Excellent Expert of the Ministry of Culture of the People's Republic of China. He has been the Chief Expert of Major Art Projects for the National Social Science Foundation (twice), a recipient of the National Teaching Achievement Prize (twice), the National Wenhua Prize, the Cao Yu Prize for Drama and Literature, the Baosteel Outstanding Teachers' Prize, and the Leader of the first state-level first-class undergraduate courses. He has also led nearly 30 national honors and projects, including the Ministry of Education's New Liberal Arts Research and Reform Practice Project, and the Ministry of Education's Ideological and Political Work Excellence Project for Colleges and Universities.
In 2023, he led the Chinese screenwriting teachers' team to be honored as the Huang Dainian Teacher Team of National Universities. The same year, the play Dong Qichang, co-written with Prof. Liu Yanhui (pen name Xiao Liu), won the 9th China Drama Award - Cao Yu Script Prize. Professor Lu has also been recognized with titles such as National Cultural System Model Worker, Shanghai Model Worker, Baosteel Outstanding Teacher Award, Shanghai Science and Education System Outstanding Communist Party Member, Shanghai Education and Health System Outstanding Communist Party Member, and The First Most Beautiful Person of Shanghai Theatre.
